Interstate & highway
Three interstates — I-24, I-59 and I-75 — plus U.S. Highway 27 connect the region to Chattanooga and the wider Southeast, with multiple interchanges serving industry.
Rail
Two major rail lines — CSX and Norfolk Southern — traverse the region, with a direct 388-mile CSX route to the Port of Savannah via the Appalachian Regional Port.
Air
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is under two hours away; Birmingham, Huntsville and Nashville airports are roughly 2.5 hours out.
Sea
The Port of Savannah is reachable by rail or highway, and the region's inland port brings deepwater-port access within a short drive.
