ROSSVILLE, Ga. — July 14, 2026 — BridgTRK, a local technology and logistics company, has purchased four acres in the Peerless community of Rossville, Georgia, to build a node linking BridgTRK users to the quantum computing capabilities of EPB’s network.
The facility is a compact access node — a small, secure connection point linking BridgTRK users to EPB’s quantum computing resources in neighboring Chattanooga. It requires no water and runs on standard power, placing minimal demand on local infrastructure while serving as one of the region’s first commercial gateways to quantum computing. This is not a sprawling server farm; it is a lean facility built for connectivity, not scale.
Once operational, the node will deliver advanced encryption and data protection powered by EPB’s quantum network — giving BridgTRK users access to one of the most secure computing resources available today, and establishing Walker County as a strategic gateway to quantum-grade security.
With a projected multi-million dollar investment in the site, the project represents a significant commitment to Rossville’s historic mill district and the beginning of a long-term relationship with the community.
BridgTRK’s roots in the area run deep. The company is owned by three partners with longstanding ties to the region: Joe Morgan, a Ringgold native with 56 years in the communications industry, who recently purchased a second home in Rossville to devote more time to the project; Jim Chandler, a Chattanooga native, entrepreneur, and professional pilot married into the Vassey family, longtime owners of Vassey’s Men’s Shop in Rossville; and J.T. Suggs, an electrical engineer whose background spans the nuclear power and automotive industries.
